This was an all staffer I sent around two weeks back. It’s a leaked internal report from the New York Times fiercely and perhaps forebodingly called Innovation. It’s a telling, ‘state-of-the-nation’ style report that essential looks at the old and new worlds of publishing. Of course key learnings applicable to any industry.
